Promotion Services Terms
1. Scope and acceptance
These Promotion Services Terms apply when a verified business purchases priority placement, a promoted local offer, or a Bonus Batch email campaign. By checking the acceptance box and continuing to payment, the authorized business representative accepts version 2026-08-01-v1 for that promotion order.
2. Weekly service
Each purchase is a one-time seven-day promotion unless the checkout states that an email package is a single send. Promotions do not renew automatically. The displayed fee is in Canadian dollars and applicable tax is added at checkout.
3. Clear labelling and ranking
Paid placements are labelled Promoted. Priority placement may rank eligible live Bonus Batch hauls ahead of non-promoted results, subject to customer location, filters, availability, safety controls, and platform operation.
4. Local audiences and privacy
Bonus Batch determines eligibility using an approximate five-kilometre radius and sends campaigns only to customers who have explicitly opted into marketing. Bonus Batch does not provide the business with customer names, email addresses, device identifiers, or a customer list. Audience estimates may change and are not guaranteed.
5. Business content and offer obligations
The business warrants that its headline, description, destination, imagery, pricing, availability, and all claims are accurate, lawful, current, and authorized. The business must honour every advertised offer on the stated terms and remains solely responsible for its goods, services, fulfilment, food safety, allergens, intellectual property, permits, and compliance with applicable law.
6. Review, rejection, and removal
Bonus Batch may review, delay, reject, suspend, relabel, or remove a promotion when reasonably required for safety, legal compliance, customer trust, platform integrity, suspected fraud, technical operation, or a breach of these terms. If Bonus Batch rejects a promotion before service begins for reasons unrelated to the business's breach, Bonus Batch will refund the promotion fee. Once service begins, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. No performance guarantee
Bonus Batch does not guarantee placement position at every moment, delivery to every eligible customer, email inbox placement, impressions, clicks, redemptions, sales, revenue, or any minimum audience. Service may be affected by customer consent, location availability, inventory, filters, connectivity, email-provider rules, or maintenance.
8. Licence and indemnity
The business grants Bonus Batch a limited, non-exclusive licence during the promotion and for related records to display, format, and distribute the submitted business name, logo, images, offer copy, and links. To the extent permitted by law, the business will indemnify Bonus Batch and DP Schmitz Holdings Ltd against third-party claims arising from the business's content, advertised offer, goods, services, fulfilment, or breach of these terms.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonus Batch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to a promotion. Bonus Batch's aggregate liability for a promotion will not exceed the promotion fee paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
